We provide classroom training taught by an ACT! Certified Consultant. You can choose from one of our classes or we can tailor a class specifically for your needs. Call for details.
From the Beginning
As the name name suggests, this is where it starts. You have a computer, you have the software, now what? We'll get you started so you'll know what to do and where to turn for help. This heavily hands-on class will get you started in the right direction so you don't have to re-do things later when you find out you wished you had done it differently and don't have what you need.
Best Practices
This is for users with at least some exerience with ACT!. We'll show you how to get the most out of ACT! using some shortcuts that are built-in to ACT! and some we've come up with during years of experience. We can show you what to look out for and what to do to make life easier now and later.
Opportunities and Reporting
This is dedicated to two of the most important, and underused, features of ACT!. This is where ACT! really shines and helps take your sales team to the next level. When all is said and done, this is why you bought the system in the first place!
e-Marketing
This is built in to ACT! to drive your marketing effort without you having to stay on top of it all the time. This is where you let ACT! take over and really earn its keep!
Campaign Development
Using built-in ACT! e-Marketing and the SwiftPage e-mail services, you can tailor your plans of attack to target key market segments in the most effective manner.
Administration
At some point you have to take care of ACT! so it can take care of you. Adding users, running reports, capturing data, upgrading software - these are just some of the things you'll learn to keep ACT! on top of its game.
